Do I have an E-file Center account?

RESOLUTION

In order to file forms electronically through Yearli, an E-file Center Account will need to be created. When first starting the e-file process each year, a prompt will appear to either retrieve a prior account, or to create a new account.

Procedure 1 (Forgotten Password)

If you have an existing E-file Center account from last year but cannot remember or have misplaced your password:

  1. Select E-file Center.
  2. Choose Account Setup.
  3. Answer Yes to the message.
  4. Enter your User ID from last year and then click the Forgot Password button and a new password will be sent to the e-mail address on file with the E-file Center.

Note:  If you do not remember your User ID from last year you will have to create a new E-file Center Account.

Procedure 2 (Finding UserID)

You can access your prior year User ID by opening up the prior year Yearli software:

  1. Select E-file Center.
  2. Choose Account Setup.
  3. Locate the User ID.
  4. Click Cancel.
  5. Return to the current version of Yearli Desktop and follow the steps in the Forgotten Password section.
